I am currently pursuing a degree in psychology from Saint Mary's University.
Experience
I offer tutoring sessions primarily to students in high school. In addition to working with students on core subject areas such as English, math, reading, and writing, I can also tutor students in psychology and physics or in various AP courses. Private tutoring sessions are so powerful because of the personalization they offer students. No two sessions will ever be the same because what you'll need help with will naturally change from one session to the next. We might be reviewing Shakespeare this week and algebraic equations next week based entirely on what you most need help with. I've tutored students in a wide variety of courses, including high school biology, physics, English, math, and literature. As part of my undergraduate education, I have taken numerous courses in these fields as well as calculus and psychology and feel confident working with students in those areas as well.
